I had a most dazzling time at a gala in the City last night. First, any excuse to wear your best dress, right?
Secondly, love love love dancing to a live band. We were also treated to the most beautiful aurias by a local opera singer. The room was absolutely mesmerized.
Mostly, I made new friends and thank God every day for another chance at a normal life.
A friend flies in this weekend for an overdue visit… If anything, I may be too busy… in fact, I’m sure the pace is crazy. But for now, it is a most perfect life with endless possibility.
There is this giddy excitement to knowing that the most amazing thing is just ahead. Here’s to the unknown and life’s greatest joy to the honest brokers.
